Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Discovery and Design Thinking initiatives, pinpointing areas for enhancement and innovation.

• Organize and execute user research (both qualitative and quantitative), interviews, usability assessments, and validation of hypotheses.

• Outline user journeys, navigation paths, personas, and information architecture.

• Develop wireframes and both low- and high-fidelity prototypes utilizing Figma.

• Create cohesive, responsive interfaces that align with the Design System.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to establish and prioritize feature sets.

• Work alongside Engineering teams during the development phase, ensuring the quality of the user experience delivered.

• Contribute to the formulation of product strategy by incorporating a user-centered viewpoint.

• Examine usage patterns, behavior, and conversion metrics to perpetually enhance the product.

• Lead workshops, co-creation events, and brainstorming sessions.

• Mentor and support junior designers, advocating for UX/UI best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Proficient in English.

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or in Product Design.

• Familiarity with digital products (Web and Mobile).

• Proven experience in user research and usability testing.

• Skilled in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Variables, Prototypes, and Libraries).

• Understanding of Design Systems.

• Experience with Design Thinking, Double Diamond, or related methodologies.

• Knowledge of UX Research, UX Writing, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.

• Experience in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).

• Capability to simplify complex issues into intuitive solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present solutions to varied audiences.

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end project experience.
