UI Designer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create refined, user-focused interfaces for both mobile and web applications.

• Convert product specifications into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

• Develop seamless experiences in areas such as insurance, payments, claims, investments, and various financial services.

• Uphold and enhance BJAK's design system to guarantee uniformity across all products.

• Work in close collaboration with product managers and engineers to achieve pixel-perfect execution.

• Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability assessments.

• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual coherence across diverse devices and platforms.

• Play a role in enhancing overall product usability, interaction patterns, and visual aesthetics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in designing digital products, particularly with a strong emphasis on mobile applications.

• A robust portfolio showcasing outstanding visual design, interaction design, and UI expertise.

• Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, and contemporary design workflows.

• In-depth knowledge of mobile-first design principles, platform guidelines (iOS & Android), and responsive layouts.

• Solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.

• Capacity to distill complex user journeys into user-friendly interfaces.

• Keen attention to detail with a strong focus on visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing.

• A portfolio is mandatory. Applications lacking a portfolio will not be considered.
