Product Designer – UI/UX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences from initial concept through to production.

• Convert product specifications into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined interfaces.

• Design user-friendly experiences across various domains including insurance, payments, claims, investments, and additional financial products.

• Develop and sustain scalable design systems along with reusable UI components.

• Work in close collaboration with engineers to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.

• Enhance usability through rapid iteration informed by product data and user feedback.

• Ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms.

• Continuously improve interactions, accessibility, and the overall quality of the product.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing digital products.

• A robust portfolio showcasing product thinking and outstanding visual design.

• Advanced skills in Figma and interactive prototyping.

• Strong comprehension of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.

• In-depth understanding of information architecture and user flows.

• Exceptional visual design abilities, including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.

• Capacity to transform complex workflows into user-friendly experiences.

• A portfolio is mandatory.
