Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete product design process: Collaborate with your Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to transform unclear challenges into well-defined, deployed solutions. You will determine the most effective design strategy to meet business objectives.

• Make decisions based on data: You won’t be working in isolation. Team up with our UX Research and Analytics teams to formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, and convert user behavior into practical insights.

• Enhance our ecosystem: Promote consistency across portals, widgets, and administrative tools while managing intricate technical dependencies.

• Utilize AI: AI is a standard tool here, not just an experiment. We anticipate you will actively incorporate AI into your everyday tasks, identifying areas where it redefines challenges and improve your expertise. You should already be using AI effectively and understand its value.

• Advocate for accessibility: Create intuitive, inclusive interfaces that comply with WCAG standards, ensuring our platform is accessible to all users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established senior-level experience: Over 5 years of product design experience, preferably in intricate B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce environments.

• Systems-thinking portfolio: A robust portfolio of delivered products demonstrating your ability to solve business challenges, navigate complex workflows, and assess design impact (include case studies showcasing your process, not just finished UI images).

• Research & data proficiency: While you may not be a full-time researcher, you understand the basics: posing the right questions, monitoring the right metrics, and employing data to support your decisions.

• Cross-functional teamwork: You can communicate effectively with engineering and product teams, balancing trade-offs without compromising user experience.

• Language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher in English to facilitate smooth communication across our distributed team.
