Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and create products.

• Work in collaboration with business and technical teams to transition designs from concept to production.

• Deliver fully realized designs without requiring further clarification on design details.

• Grasp industry trends and develop new patterns when necessary, validated through research.

• Assess the competitive landscape and industry trends to guide product strategy and pinpoint sustainable competitive advantages.

• Leverage user research, usability testing, customer support feedback, and analytics to refine and enhance the product.

• Clearly communicate design decisions and trade-offs both verbally and visually across different disciplines.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure that designs are practical and accurately executed.

• Undertake tasks outside of standard working hours based on business requirements.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 6–8 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision, and/or other contemporary prototyping tools.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in teams.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks, respond swiftly to urgent issues, and maintain focus on both immediate tasks and long-term projects.
