Senior Digital Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for digital products, starting from the initial concept through to the final execution.

• Work alongside the digital design team to develop functional, user-centered, conceptual, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.

• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively convey design ideas and interaction concepts.

• Design intuitive user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Conduct user research and usability testing, collect feedback, and refine designs based on insights.

• Enhance designs to achieve measurable business objectives.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and ensure design practicality.

• Suggest solutions grounded in business needs and audience research.

• Contribute to the documentation of product design standards and best practices.

• Develop and maintain the digital design system.

• Assist in improving online experiences, promotions, project updates, and routine maintenance.

• A positive mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Strong visual design skills focused on human-centered design, blending brand and product design.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform design choices.

• Familiarity with design systems.

• Proficient in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Keen attention to detail and precision in design.

• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to articulate design rationale and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing several projects in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite and Figma.

• 5+ years of experience in digital brand-focused design.

• Experience in DTC or eCommerce is advantageous.

• A portfolio website showcasing examples of web design, graphic design, or interactive design.
