Senior Digital Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +31 more states.

📋 Description

• Create experiences that assist individuals in managing their health conditions, medications, and ongoing health engagements with Banner Health.

• Collaborate on the prototyping of future experiences and visualize the upcoming digital landscape of Banner Health.

• Explore, brainstorm, deliver, test, and refine product experiences.

• Work alongside leaders and teams to establish vision and strategy amidst ambiguity.

• Configure SaaS solutions or offer support for custom-developed digital solutions.

• Oversee the design, development, documentation, debugging, and support of user interfaces.

• Develop responsive websites, native mobile applications, voice interfaces, and emerging digital experiences.

• Produce user studies, user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, annotations, and other design assets.

• Design UI transitions and animations, collaborating with developers and engineers for execution.

• Engage in usability testing, user research, and the interpretation of analytics.

• Partner with managers, developers, engineers, and designers to create engaging interactive experiences.

• Create and uphold style guides, design systems, and enterprise standards.

• Mentor UI/UX designers and offer guidance in the absence of the department leader.

• Design and develop learning products and system projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Interface/Experience, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.

• Over seven years of experience in the interactive design sector.

• Proficient in product design, including responsive web, native applications, and interactive displays.

• Background in brand marketing, encompassing campaigns and social media.

• A portfolio showcasing UX and UI capabilities across various devices.

• Expertise in graphic design, web frameworks, and systems design.

• Proven ability to complete projects within deadlines and budgets.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and familiarity with Agile product development.

• Strong understanding of both low- and high-fidelity prototyping techniques.

• Expert-level proficiency in Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite.

• Skills in coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience in testing, measuring, and refining designs through customer feedback and market data.
