Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee product design initiatives across various projects

• Achieve significant product design results

• Implement strategic design methodologies in projects

• Work collaboratively with product designers and cross-functional leaders

• Impact cross-functional teams

• Establish and manage user research activities

• Investigate innovative practices and patterns for effective problem-solving

• Clearly communicate design rationale

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Design

• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful projects

• Exceptional design portfolio showcasing strategic design thinking

• Proven experience in engaging and influencing cross-functional teams

• Background in managing multiple projects

• Experience in sharing work with fellow product designers and collaborating with cross-functional leadership

• Capability to establish and sustain research processes

• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous

• Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
