Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create AI-driven cultural intelligence products such as collaboration maps, engagement highlights, and organizational health dashboards.

• Collaborate with product and engineering partners to define product strategy.

• Oversee the entire design process from research and workflows to prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and teamwork during implementation.

• Enhance visual design through motion, illustrations, layouts, and meticulous details.

• Deliver results swiftly in uncertain settings, starting with concepts or refining initial engineer drafts.

• Experiment with Bizy on conversational interfaces and proactive insights.

• Work in tandem with the product leader, engineering leader, Insights BU designer, and designers and engineers across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design.

• A portfolio showcasing a variety of skills in UX thinking, visual design, and interaction design.

• Creative background that extends beyond clean UI, including illustration, motion graphics, branding, or imaginative personal projects.

• Capability to distill intricate, data-heavy issues while maintaining clarity.

• Experience in designing products from inception, particularly those leveraging AI that require innovative interfaces.

• Understanding of consumer needs applied within B2B software.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to champion design choices.

• An inquisitive nature regarding AI as a product domain and as a suite of work tools.

• Bonus: familiarity with data visualization, analytics products, or culture/HR technology.

• Bonus: proficiency or genuine interest in learning to prototype using HTML/CSS/JS or React.

• Bonus: experience in designing conversational or AI-native interfaces.
