Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess product feedback and market trends, develop designs, and refine concepts for both new and existing product experiences through testing and iteration.

• Develop user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs for implementation by developers.

• Craft and prototype user-focused solutions across the Bitwarden platform, which includes desktop, iOS and Android mobile, web, and browser extension applications.

• Organize and facilitate customer and user feedback sessions, surveys, and engagements as required.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and lead critique sessions for a variety of stakeholder audiences.

• Work alongside various roles and teams within the company to uncover opportunities for ongoing user experience enhancement and feedback integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design or a related field.

• Proficiency in communicating designs using sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.

• Strong expertise in Figma, Claude, ChatGPT, V0, Adobe XD, GitHub, or other design and development tools, with a primary focus on Figma paired with generative tools.

• Proven experience in planning and executing thorough user research and testing cycles.

• Familiarity with writing prompts for AI tools.

• Understanding of front-end engineering practices, design systems, and systems thinking.

• A collaborative and adaptable approach to work.

• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership regarding design direction through data and user feedback.

• Excellent communication skills, combined with openness and authenticity.

• Passion and enthusiasm for open source initiatives and enhancing internet security.

• An online portfolio or work examples that highlight a range of UX-solution artifacts.
