Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design of both new and evolving platforms.

• Craft comprehensive experiences that facilitate complex, data-driven decision-making.

• Convert concepts, ideas, and visions into user flows.

• Iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Generate detailed UI design specifications to guide development implementation.

• Engage in activities aimed at learning, practicing, and advancing design processes.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the design team.

• Ensure the achievement of design objectives and the delivery of high-quality work.

• Represent the voice of the customer and champion user needs while balancing business goals and technical limitations.

• Present work and insights to cross-functional teams.

• Influence decisions, guide direction, and elevate design standards.

• Collaborate with innovative, multidisciplinary teams to design and enhance client applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.

• An impressive portfolio of design projects showcasing clean designs and a robust process.

• Proven experience in UX, Visual Design, or Information Architecture within multidisciplinary teams.

• Capability to support and mentor fellow designers through design pairing, critiques, and best practice modeling.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Zeplin.

• Ability to adapt in dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environments that require quick shifts between collaborative and independent work.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate with remote project teams.

• Willingness to engage in collaborative team events.

• A portfolio link and corresponding passwords are required for application consideration.
