Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete UX/UI design for Archy’s all-encompassing dental platform.

• Develop scalable design frameworks and systems that integrate new features and modules seamlessly.

• Incorporate AI tools into daily design workflows for tasks such as prototyping, analyzing user data, wireframing, and generating copy.

• Investigate and advocate for innovative AI design technologies.

• Collaborate with dentists and dental practices to carry out user research and convert challenges into design solutions.

• Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers from the initial idea stage through to implementation.

• Actively identify areas of product friction and establish design strategies.

• Employ creative problem-solving techniques that align business objectives, engineering limitations, and user-centered design principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product design.

• Demonstrated success in rapidly growing startup settings in both B2C and B2B sectors.

• Experience preferred in FinTech, HealthTech, or intricate SaaS platforms.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing successful project launches and strategic, conceptual, and high-fidelity creative thinking.

• Experience in conducting user research, mapping complex UX interactions, and delivering polished, efficient UI designs.

• Proven ability to create, manage, and scale a design system with lean, reusable components.

• Extensive experience utilizing AI and data tools for prototyping, gathering product requirements, conducting customer research, and performing analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including UI handoff, design-system components, and advanced prototyping techniques.

• Strong grasp of HTML/CSS and associated development constraints.

• In-depth knowledge of accessibility best practices, including WCAG standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A self-motivated individual with an ownership mentality who excels in uncertain environments and adopts a “do whatever it takes” approach.
