Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process for significant product areas, from initial strategy and concept development to high-fidelity execution and handoff to developers.

• Take the initiative to define, conduct, and analyze user research and testing, serving as the advocate for customer insights and transforming user feedback into concrete product decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a dynamic, agile environment to deliver high-quality experiences and ensure excellence in production implementation.

• Develop intuitive interfaces that translate complex, AI-driven data and relationship intelligence into clear, actionable, and reliable insights for our customers.

• Actively contribute innovative ideas that shape the strategy and direction of the product areas you oversee.

• Help cultivate a highly collaborative design community by engaging in design critiques and providing feedback in an open and constructive manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional product design experience, successfully delivering high-quality and impactful product experiences.

• A self-sufficient researcher with demonstrated experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesis, transforming those insights into actionable recommendations.

• Familiarity with designing for AI-native or AI-augmented products.

• A keen visual eye, exceptional attention to detail, and a high level of craftsmanship.

• Possess a builder’s mindset and be comfortable working at the intersection of design and code, whether through front-end development or using AI tools for coding assistance.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, tell compelling product narratives, and navigate stakeholder feedback with empathy.

• Capable of working with ambiguity and having a proven track record of simplifying complexity to deliver value promptly.
