Senior Product Designer, AI Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end experiences for agents.

• Conduct discovery sessions to address AI-specific UX challenges.

• Collaborate with Product and AI Engineering teams to establish jobs-to-be-done for workflows powered by agents and new product interfaces.

• Develop patterns that promote trust and transparency.

• Create and validate prototypes.

• Work alongside AI Engineering to refine interaction paradigms.

• Craft design patterns applicable across various agent domains such as lease consolidation, space optimization, and energy management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in product design, with a focus on AI or ML-driven products where the underlying systems are probabilistic rather than deterministic.

• Proficient in integrating AI tools into your workflow.

• Actively utilizes AI tools in the design process for research synthesis, design generation, coded prototyping, and documentation.

• Experience in designing trust surfaces, including confidence disclosure, human-in-the-loop triggers, progressive automation, and failure recovery strategies for AI-enabled products.

• Strong preference for familiarity with agentic design patterns such as agent monitoring, verification, override flows, and autonomy-level configuration.

• Expertise in Figma and experience with AI-driven prototyping tools for integrating design artifacts directly into development workflows.

• Depth in service design.

• Experience in mapping multi-stakeholder workflows where design challenges extend beyond the screen.

• Proficient in creating customer journey maps, service blueprints, and jobs-to-be-done mappings as tools used in production rather than just in portfolio case studies.

• An instinct for enterprise B2B environments.

• Strong collaborative skills with engineering and product teams.

• Ability to make and justify interaction pattern decisions with a documented rationale.

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
