• Create comprehensive agent experiences from start to finish, including how recommendations are displayed and verified, through human review paths and override options, to methodologies for error recovery and trust restoration following a poor interaction.
• Conduct discovery sessions to address AI-specific user experience challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and AI Engineering teams to establish job definitions for agent-driven workflows and new product interfaces.
• Develop patterns for trust and transparency.
• Construct and validate prototypes using AI-driven design and prototyping tools to generate coded prototypes for user testing, and directly integrate design artifacts into the development pipeline.
• Work alongside AI Engineering to define interaction paradigms.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, specifically with AI or ML-powered products that rely on probabilistic rather than deterministic systems.
• Proficiency in integrating AI within your workflow, utilizing AI tools in the design process for research synthesis, design generation, coded prototyping, and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in designing trust surfaces, including confidence disclosure, human-in-the-loop triggers, progressive automation, and failure recovery strategies for AI-driven products.
• Strong preference for familiarity with agentic product design patterns such as agent monitoring, verification, override flows, and autonomy-level configuration.
• Expertise in Figma and experience with AI-driven prototyping tools that facilitate the direct shipping of design artifacts into development processes.
• Depth in service design, having mapped multi-stakeholder workflows where design issues extend beyond the screen. Tools like customer journey maps, service blueprints, and jobs-to-be-done mapping have been utilized in practical applications, not just portfolio examples.
• An instinct for enterprise B2B dynamics, understanding that enterprise users have compliance responsibilities, decisions involve audit trails, and that "moving fast" carries different implications when a faulty recommendation could impact significant financial decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams, comfortable making and justifying decisions regarding interaction patterns with documented rationale.
• A Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Competitive Compensation
• Comprehensive Benefits Including health, dental, and vision insurance, and generous paid time off to support your well-being.
• Flexible Work Environment Whether remote, hybrid, or in-office, we support work arrangements that promote productivity and balance.
• Inclusive & Collaborative Culture We foster a workplace where diverse perspectives are valued, teamwork is encouraged, and everyone has a voice.
