Senior Product Designer, AI Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive end-to-end experiences for agents.

• Conduct discovery sessions to address AI-specific user experience challenges.

• Collaborate with Product and AI Engineering teams to identify tasks for agent-driven workflows and new product interfaces.

• Establish patterns for trust and transparency.

• Develop and test prototypes.

• Work alongside AI Engineering to explore interaction paradigms.

• Develop design patterns applicable across various agent domains, including lease consolidation, space optimization, and energy management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product design, particularly with AI or ML-powered products where the underlying system is probabilistic rather than deterministic.

• Demonstrated AI fluency within your workflow.

• Actively utilizes AI tools in the design process for research synthesis, design generation, coded prototyping, and documentation.

• Proven experience in designing trust surfaces, including confidence disclosure, human-in-the-loop triggers, progressive automation, and failure recovery patterns for AI-powered products.

• Strongly preferred familiarity with agentic product design patterns, such as agent monitoring, verification, override flows, and autonomy-level configuration.

• Proficient in Figma, with experience using AI-powered prototyping tools to seamlessly integrate design artifacts into development workflows.

• Depth in service design, having mapped multi-stakeholder workflows where design challenges extend beyond the interface.

• Strong instinct for enterprise B2B dynamics.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering and product teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
