Senior Product Designer, AI

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for AI-driven product interfaces on both web and mobile platforms, spanning from problem identification to high-fidelity delivery.

• Create AI-enhanced experiences tailored for frontline users, including maintenance technicians and facility managers.

• Convert uncertain, rapidly evolving AI challenges into actionable, testable design solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Recognize patterns, develop reusable systems, and contribute to the overarching design framework.

• Showcase design work with well-founded rationale and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

• Advocate for exceptional quality throughout the product lifecycle.

• Leverage AI tools within the design workflow to expedite processes and enhance output quality.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers to influence MaintainX’s AI-centric product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of product design experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.

• Practical experience in designing AI-driven features, including natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights for real users addressing real challenges.

• Outstanding visual and interaction design capabilities, encompassing typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.

• Ability to think in systems, identifying patterns, creating reusable components, and applying design decisions uniformly across a product.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Capacity to collaborate across various teams and present work to executive stakeholders.

• Availability to work in the specified location.
