Senior Product Designer, Agentic Vulnerability Elimination

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences for Agentic Vulnerability Elimination, spanning from discovery to delivery, utilizing First Principles Problem Solving to simplify complex security and AI-driven workflows into user-friendly solutions.

• Develop and enhance AI-driven user experiences, incorporating an AI First approach in design decisions and contributing to workflows that effectively utilize LLMs and automation.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners in the UK and Netherlands to produce high-quality, user-focused solutions that enhance vulnerability remediation results.

• Leverage Data-Driven Decision Making to guide design choices, validate assumptions through research and testing, and continually refine product experiences based on measurable outcomes.

• Exhibit Change Agility by modifying designs in response to shifting product direction, new AI capabilities, and evolving customer needs while sustaining progress.

• Contribute to and advance HackerOne’s Design Language System, ensuring consistency and scalability throughout products.

• Articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and decisions effectively to stakeholders, balancing user requirements, technical limitations, and business objectives.

• Guide junior designers and foster a collaborative, feedback-oriented design culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in UX and product design, ideally within B2B or enterprise software settings.

• Proven track record in designing intricate workflows and systems, with the ability to independently manage projects from inception to execution.

• Familiarity with AI tools or designing AI-enhanced user experiences, along with an understanding of responsible and effective application.

• Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing, with the capability to translate insights into product enhancements.
