Senior Product Designer, Agentic AI Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Establish the foundation for Agentic and Vertical Applications

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop applications

• Enhance AI-driven design patterns and contextual user experiences

• Elevate the standards of craftsmanship, motion, and interaction quality

• Influence, mentor, and expand the design impact across the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in product design, with significant involvement in complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products are highly preferred)

• Proven experience leading foundational or platform-level design initiatives that scale across teams, products, or workflows

• Practical experience in designing and delivering AI-powered features, workflows, or systems

• Demonstrated success in closely collaborating with Product and Engineering in dynamic environments

• Experience in mentoring designers, influencing design standards, and shaping the scalability of design work—without needing formal management authority.
