Senior Product Designer – 100% Remote Friendly

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the long-term product strategy in collaboration with product leadership.

• Perform user research, analyze data, and pinpoint enhancements for user experience.

• Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.

• Craft visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces by applying visual identity, design patterns, and usability principles.

• Produce both low- and high-fidelity prototypes, test solutions with users, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.

• Work alongside product, development, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Track product performance and recommend ongoing improvements for user experience.

• Assist in the modernization of software and the development of digital products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating interfaces and digital products.

• A portfolio showcasing product design capabilities.

• Background in user research, stakeholder evaluation, UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of web and mobile development principles.

• Ability to understand and evaluate workflows, including the identification of bottlenecks.

• English proficiency must be included as part of the application.

• A link to the required portfolio is necessary.
