Senior Product Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders in sales, customer success, and finance to define, manage, and execute prioritized roadmaps.

• Lead intricate, cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch and ongoing optimization, while proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

• Establish and manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, foresight, and data-driven decision-making.

• Balance robust delivery execution with a strategic outlook, challenging and refining existing processes when they fail to achieve desired outcomes.

• Supervise a full-stack development team to deliver stable and scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem that fulfill all committed requirements.

• Collaborate with quality assurance to plan and execute testing to thoroughly verify and validate all product capabilities as ready for release.

• Forge and maintain a strong partnership with your engineering manager and other engineering leaders.

• Enhance team performance and unity through effective agile leadership, continuous improvement, and the intentional removal of obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Five years of product management experience with software products.

• Proven experience in directing elements of the product development lifecycle, including product roadmap and requirements.

• Experience in managing the daily technical and design direction.

• Capability to influence multiple stakeholders not under your direct management.
