πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of the entire lifecycle for a designated portfolio of product projects, encompassing nationwide and multi-state rollouts, from initial ideation to launch and subsequent review.

β€’ Act as the primary lead for project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, effectively managing competing priorities across multiple ongoing initiatives.

β€’ Oversee launch readiness activities to ensure that all teams, systems, and documentation are prepared prior to the go-live of products or changes, while also monitoring performance in the aftermath of the launch.

β€’ Function as a vital ideation resource for state product managers, assisting in the identification of product opportunities, refining concepts, and transforming ideas into actionable initiatives.

β€’ Create and uphold standardized product documentation frameworks that state product managers can easily tailor to their specific markets, ensuring uniformity and completeness across all state programs.

β€’ Establish and monitor key performance metrics for each assigned project, including adherence to milestones, timeline variances, launch timing, and post-launch effectiveness.

β€’ Utilize performance data to pinpoint recurring bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities to reduce implementation timelines and enhance the planning and execution of future projects.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

β€’ Over 4 years of experience in property and casualty product management or product operations, with demonstrated success in leading multi-state or nationwide product rollouts.

β€’ Strong project management capabilities with the ability to autonomously own and oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from inception to completion, including tracking milestones, timelines, and post-launch performance.

β€’ Experience in developing standardized documentation frameworks and applying business requirement standards for technology teams, along with a proven track record of driving continuous process improvements.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of homeowners and dwelling fire insurance products, underwriting processes, state-specific filing requirements, and regulatory environments such as ISO.

β€’ Excellent ideation and product thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively with state product managers, technology, compliance, and cross-functional business partners.

β€’ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, uncover gaps, and translate findings into actionable enhancements.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; well-organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities and achieve results independently.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and analytical or reporting tools.
