This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive marketing development for key product categories within the Off-Road Accessories sector.
• Emphasize the creation of strong category strategies and detailed roadmaps.
• Introduce innovative products that meet consumer demands and promote business expansion.
• Create thorough product roadmaps, develop business cases, outline project scopes, and make informed trade-off decisions.
• Direct the formulation of short, medium, and long-term product strategies for intricate categories.
• Utilize sound, data-driven analysis and engaging storytelling techniques.
• Assume responsibility for continuous portfolio management across Off-Road Accessory product categories.
• Convert consumer insights, competitive analysis, and research into fresh product concepts.
• Work closely with the brand organization to ensure that new product ideas align with brand consumer strategies.
• Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with all functional process partners.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory.
• An MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in marketing, product management, industrial design, engineering, brand, or category management is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in communicating, collaborating, and presenting to executive leadership.
• Proven experience in product development and global business is essential.
• Industry experience in the automotive aftermarket is required.
• Prior experience in the off-road industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities are necessary.
• Expertise in leveraging consumer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap is essential.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• A self-starter attitude requiring minimal oversight.
