This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Take ownership of product analytics across various product lines.
• Establish and monitor success metrics and targets that align with both Product and Company strategies.
• Develop data narratives that assist product leaders in making key decisions.
• Work alongside engineers to create reusable and scalable data products.
• Set standards for event instrumentation and taxonomy practices for event-driven architecture and self-service analytics.
• Support Product and Go-to-Market teams in event instrumentation and generating insights.
• Enhance data literacy and empower teams to independently access insights.
• Assess and implement LLMs and AI tools to expedite query creation, dashboard development, and insight synthesis.
• Link product usage to commercial outcomes, including win/loss rates, expansion, and renewal.
• Scale automated analyses and repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in a data analytics, analytics engineering, or data science position.
• Extensive experience directly supporting product teams within B2B organizations.
• Proficiency in product analytics essentials, such as metric trees, experimentation, user activity and retention analytics, funnels, and customer segmentation.
• Strong SQL capabilities.
• Significant experience utilizing dbt for data transformation tasks.
• Proficient in coding with Python.
• Extensive experience in data modeling for scalability and reusability.
• Proven track record of using current LLM solutions to enhance workflows or outcomes, with specific examples and measurable impacts.
• Background in working with event-based tracking data for web or mobile applications.
• Practical experience with behavioral analytics platforms like Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel.
• Ability to convey findings concisely and clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant cross-functional project experience with Go-to-Market, Customer Success, RevOps, or Product Marketing.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal.
