Senior Producer, YouTube – The Science of Scaling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Execute and refine the creative vision for The Science of Scaling format.

• Serve as on-camera talent and explore new opportunities for the channel.

• Establish high production quality standards, manage production resources, and collaborate with the team to create engaging episode content.

• Continuously test, learn, and refine effective content strategies—whether through new series segments, distribution methods, or featured guests.

• Collaborate closely with the Supervising Producer to enhance show growth and optimize content effectiveness.

• Proven experience in producing successful video content with a track record of audience growth.

• Strong on-camera presence and essential communication skills.

• A genuine passion for business scaling topics and the ability to convey complex ideas in an engaging manner.

• Comprehensive understanding of video storytelling and content optimization techniques.

• Outstanding collaboration, organizational, and leadership skills.

• A data-driven mindset regarding content strategy, utilizing metrics to guide creative choices.

• Established history of achieving or surpassing audience growth objectives.

• Adaptable mindset with a readiness to evolve based on audience feedback and performance analytics.
