This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work in partnership with creative leads, designers, animators, and producers to facilitate project execution.
• Implement and adhere to processes while overseeing concurrent workstreams and teams.
• Formulate or co-formulate project plans in collaboration with Producers and/or the Executive Producer.
• Manage timelines, daily deliverables, and project status communications with teams and clients.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget, scope, and alignment with creative briefs.
• Provide weekly updates on project status during production department meetings.
• Guarantee that workstreams are executed to the highest standards.
• Assess ideas for feasibility, budget, timeline, materials, technology, fabrication, location, and operational needs.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings and on-site project management.
• Enhance processes for operational efficiency and excellence.
• Maintain organization using tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Drive, and other resources.
• Partner with clients to deliver integrated campaigns, graphic systems, retail and environmental design, and interactive installation projects.
• 3-5+ years of experience in managing projects and teams, with a focus on integrated campaigns, brand systems, content, and animation.
• Experience with retail and/or event design deliverables is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills with teams, clients, and vendors.
• Collaborative, highly motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with remote team members.
• Proficiency in using Figma, Notion, and Float.
• Experience with Events and Activations is a plus.
• Familiarity with brand, retail, events, web, non-traditional interactive media production, multidisciplinary projects, and workflows.
• Experience collaborating with internal project teams, specialty talent, and clients.
• Skills in risk aversion, risk management, and change control.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with complex timelines and cross-functional teams.
• A passion for design, creativity, innovation, and emerging trends.
