This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee complete project management for creative campaigns, design initiatives, digital experiences, and branding efforts.
• Manage creative projects from the initial kickoff to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Production Leads on larger integrated, cross-functional projects that include activations, events, and installations.
• Coordinate daily team activities to ensure successful client engagements.
• Independently produce projects, with or without the assistance of junior staff.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, converting their needs into project plans and deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams comprising designers, developers, strategists, and creatives.
• Develop and oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and project scope.
• Monitor progress, foresee potential issues, and modify plans as required.
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards and aligns with the creative vision, client expectations, internal processes, and industry best practices.
• Address project challenges and obstacles effectively.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders updated on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide project reports and evaluations post-project completion.
• Travel for interoffice activities, retreats, shoots, site visits, activations, client workshops, and onboarding sessions.
• Facilitate in-person client meetings and oversee creative production as necessary.
• 6–8+ years of experience in a senior production role at a creative agency, design studio, or related environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, digital, and spatial projects.
• Experience in event and in-real-life production is advantageous.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.
• Experience managing projects within set budgets and scopes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, Airtable, or Notion.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or comparable design software.
• Experience in leading distributed cross-competency teams across various project types.
• Skilled in internal documentation, organizing feedback and notes, managing tasks and deliverables, developing Scope of Works, and handling external communications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Capacity to foresee challenges and proactively tackle them.
• Resourceful, adaptable, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• In-depth understanding of design, branding, and digital experiences.
• Passion for youth culture, fashion, sports, and design.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with complex timelines and cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for design and creativity, with a keen eye for innovation and emerging trends.
