This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee high-stakes content productions involving A-list directors/partners, celebrity talent, multiple workstreams, and media.
• Keep stakeholders informed and educated about the production process.
• Lead the discovery, vetting, and bidding phases for large projects.
• Define project requirements and create production specifications.
• Transform creative concepts into clear deliverables and develop production solutions within budget constraints.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Business Affairs throughout the discovery and production phases.
• Provide guidance to creatives, account teams, and clients on decisions that influence creative ideas and executions.
• Conduct post-project summary meetings and apply insights across the department and various disciplines.
• Maintain the financial health of accounts while balancing client and agency interests.
• Enhance creative concepts and sustain dentsu Creative’s cultural capital and credibility.
• Establish relationships with external partners and maintain a wide production network.
• Supervise junior producers and guide their brand productions.
• Manage vendor selection, bid analysis, project organization, time management, scoping, and execution.
• Share inspiring work, innovative technology solutions, and best practices.
• Utilize agency tools, templates, status documents, and wrap reports.
• 12 years of experience in managing large productions as an integrated producer with a focus on content (broadcast, social, and still).
• Proven experience managing productions within the $500K–$1M+ range.
• Experience in digital and/or experiential production is advantageous.
• A strong passion for production craft and creativity.
• High emotional intelligence and awareness of group dynamics.
• Ability to adjust communication and behavior according to project needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to develop presentations and engage with senior-level clients.
• Ability to confidently guide clients through complex, high-risk productions.
• Expertise in navigating agency systems and production processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAG-AFTRA guidelines, including talent usage and payment considerations.
• Full knowledge of AICP and AICE bid formats.
• Must be based in the US.
