Senior Producer, Multimedia – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead the production of creative media from initial intake to final delivery, encompassing gameplay capture, art and design, video, and livestream production.

• Supervise the production of multimedia content throughout the project pipeline, ensuring timely delivery across various platforms.

• Collaborate with studio stakeholders, creative leads, game development leads, and external vendors to align on project goals, scope, timelines, approvals, and delivery.

• Maintain proactive communication across teams including legal, PR, finance, localization, and game development.

• Assess project scope, hours, costs, bids, and external estimates for efficiency and stakeholder value.

• Manage project meetings, timelines, production schedules, budgets, milestones, documentation, and stakeholder reviews.

• Establish and enhance production workflows, tools, and documentation to boost clarity and efficiency.

• Evaluate the creative team's capacity and capabilities, scaling talent as necessary.

• Report directly to the Principal Operations Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in producing digital media, preferably within the gaming or entertainment sectors.

• A proven history of delivering multiple simultaneous projects within agile timelines.

• Demonstrated diligence in project tracking throughout the asset lifecycle.

• Experience in budgeting, scoping, tracking, and resource planning.

• Strong understanding of gameplay and live-action video production pipelines.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both creative and operational contexts.

• Ability to cultivate trusted partnerships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

• Creative problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Miro, and project management tools such as Asana/Jira.

• Preferred: hands-on experience in producing live-action and/or livestream events.

• Preferred: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
