This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of B2B events, including budgeting, recruitment, client engagement, reconciliation, and implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile precise event budgets while ensuring the necessary profit margins.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and secure freelancers and third-party assistance.
• Create proposals, scopes, show budgets, and essential production elements in collaboration with creative, media, and meeting services teams.
• Supervise video production, encompassing timelines, production schedules, remote shoots, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate pre-production creative components, technical staging, talent, freelancers, schedules, show flows, deadlines, and client deliverables.
• Direct production coordinators and/or associate producers in LEO-central communications.
• Ensure flawless on-site event execution while coordinating creative, talent, production, and technical teams.
• Identify and manage PCNs as necessary.
• Reconcile post-show invoices, contracts, and budgets.
• Establish physical and digital post-show asset folders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience producing large-scale B2B events for Fortune 500 companies.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms is essential.
• Strong skills in budgeting and project management.
• Technologically savvy with a solid grasp of business software applications.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Keynote, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, Asana, and other fundamental software.
• Capable of managing teams while also working independently.
• Excellent qualities in mentorship.
• Strong executive presence with confident decision-making abilities.
• Proven capability to manage productions with budgets exceeding $1 million.
• Highly organized communicator and collaborator.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in anticipating and addressing assignments and potential conflicts.
• Willingness to travel over 20% of the time.
• Availability to work nights and/or weekends as required.
• Capability to work remotely.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Requires some standing and walking, as well as extended periods of seated computer work.
