Senior Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily production oversight for two development teams: facilitate sprints, stand-ups, reviews, and approvals; ensure teams remain focused, unblocked, and operating at peak performance.

• Ensure reliable feature delivery: create and uphold a realistic production schedule, monitor progress daily, highlight risks early, and hold the team accountable to their commitments.

• Keep all stakeholders updated and aligned: clearly communicate project status, identify blockers before they escalate into crises, and ensure senior staff are never caught off guard.

• Collaborate on long-term roadmap and staffing strategies: work closely with the Executive Producer to plan ahead, sequence the roadmap, and anticipate resource requirements.

• Advocate for continuous process enhancement: identify inefficiencies, suggest improved workflows, and promote the adoption of tools and practices that enhance delivery speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• We seek a candidate with a minimum of 5 years in game development, including over 3 years of practical production experience.

• A strong sense of humility, curiosity, ambition, execution mindset, and fairness.

• Demonstrated pre-production planning experience: you’ve developed production plans from the ground up, negotiated timelines with stakeholders, and secured approval from senior staff on a realistic, structured delivery strategy.

• Proven project delivery history: you’ve successfully shipped features and completed projects under pressure; you know when and how to push back, raise concerns, or say no — in a professional and constructive manner.

• A delivery-first approach: you prioritize timely and quality shipping without overburdening the team; you find the right balance between safeguarding team members and honoring commitments.

• Ownership mentality: you proactively address issues; if something is at risk, you take action, regardless of whose responsibility it may be.

• Strong proficiency with production tools and methodologies: you’re adept in agile, sprint-based workflows; familiar with tools like Notion.

• Experience in the games industry: you’ve worked on live service or long-standing franchise titles; you understand the pace, KPIs, and demands of a game that continuously releases new content.

• Bonus points for: Experience across various production disciplines (QA, release management, technical production), Background in mobile game development, Experience working on high-performing or commercially successful games.
