Video Content Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of podcast production logistics, including guest coordination, scheduling, and pre/post-production tasks.

• Collaborate with editors to ensure that video and audio content is refined and aligns with brand standards.

• Publish and enhance content across platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

• Create show notes, social media posts, and blog articles to boost SEO and enhance discoverability.

• Utilize tools like HubSpot, WordPress, BuzzSprout, and Canva to facilitate ongoing content publishing.

• Monitor content performance and work with the marketing team on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the development of internal SaaS content, such as onboarding videos and tutorials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in podcast production, content operations, or digital media.

• Proven ability to manage remote workflows and effectively communicate across different teams.

• Familiarity with various publishing tools and production platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, commitment to follow-through, and a sense of ownership.

• Must be available during business hours in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
