Production Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead the successful execution of Productions for one or more language teams.

• Onboard and provide training for linguists and audio professionals (Producers) on the ElevenLabs platform.

• Establish quality control and monitoring frameworks for your language to ensure that the dubs, audiobooks, and other content we produce sound natural and meet professional standards.

• Collaborate with the Productions product and engineering team to enhance our tools and processes for creating high-quality content.

• Define our editorial standards and set our creative vision, including style guides, voice casting, and principles for translation and adaptation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native speaker or possess native-level proficiency in Japanese or Korean (relocation to either country is not required).

• Proven experience in establishing and/or managing a production team within a language service provider (LSP), localization agency, media company, or a similar environment, focusing on one or more of the following: Transcripts, Translations, Dubs, Audiobooks.

• Exceptional attention to detail: You should have a sharp eye and ear in your native language, capable of identifying even the smallest inconsistencies or errors that detract from the natural flow.

• Comfortable providing feedback: You will oversee the quality of the content produced by your team in your language, and should be at ease with setting and upholding high standards.

• Bonus qualifications: Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform, including our transcript editor, Studio, and dubbing products; proficiency in multiple non-English languages at a native level.
