Senior Producer – Production, CGI & Postproduction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for cost estimation, production, and financial oversight for creative concepts spanning Live Action, CGI, Motion Design, AI, and postproduction.

• Your role includes planning, directing, and overseeing all production-related tasks (video, photo, CGI, postproduction, both domestic and international), along with art procurement.

• You will take on organizational, technical, quality, and financial accountability for intricate projects.

• Providing client consulting and developing and nurturing trusted relationships with clients is a key aspect of your position.

• Your responsibilities encompass preparing presentations and independently showcasing projects to clients.

• You will oversee the recruitment and coordination of freelancers, external service providers, and partners.

• Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level team members will be part of your duties.

• You will devise and implement strategies to enhance project performance and report on these initiatives regularly.

• Your scope of work includes independent and responsible tasks, as well as leading an interdisciplinary team.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a completed degree (e.g., in Film, Media, Media Management, Communication Design) or possess an equivalent qualification.

• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a producer in film productions, agencies, and/or postproduction facilities.

• You are experienced in client management and consulting, along with coordinating complex projects and campaigns.

• You exhibit strong commercial and business insight.

• You possess several years of experience in moving image production (including film and photo production, CGI, virtual production, interactive & live communication, etc.).

• You are knowledgeable about digital trends, engage with emerging topics (such as AI), and have a solid understanding of branding.

• You are known for your quick understanding and a strong sense of responsibility.

• You thrive on communication and teamwork.

• You have excellent proficiency in German and good written and spoken English.
