Senior Conference Producer – Freelance/Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Conduct extensive research with industry leaders to develop relevant content streams and create an engaging conference agenda.

• Take charge of the agenda creation for one of the conference stages and event activations, curating impactful content and interactive session formats.

• Oversee 100+ prominent international and local speakers, ensuring flawless coordination before and during the event.

• Maintain a current speaker database, ensuring the accuracy of speaker lists and event documentation.

• Contribute to regular reports for government partners, post-event evaluations, and feedback analysis for ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with government stakeholders and key partners to propose and secure high-level speaking engagements, conduct client status meetings, and ensure a smooth experience both pre-event and onsite.

• Increase event visibility by identifying and partnering with local programming partners for content co-curation and onsite activations.

• Assist the conference team in preparing stakeholder reports and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Logistics, and Senior Management to align on event goals, audience acquisition, and speaker placement, ensuring that conference content is communicated effectively to enhance B2B visibility.

• Establish systems and processes to improve coordination and decision-making across event teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in conference production.

• Clear and fluent spoken and written English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong commercial awareness.

• Excellent copywriting abilities.

• Awareness of branding and market trends.

• Ability to effectively utilize the latest AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

• Relevant industry knowledge in Sports or Stadium development (desirable).

• Proficiency in Arabic (desirable).
