Senior Process Transformation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive operating models that define processes, responsibilities, cross-functional interactions, and the capabilities necessary for effective operations.

• Spearhead discovery projects, operational assessments, and compliance studies to gain insights into complex operations and to consolidate strategic recommendations.

• Design and reengineer processes, customer journeys, and operating models, identifying touchpoints, pain points, and potential opportunities.

• Conduct market benchmarking to uncover best practices, operational capabilities, and areas for growth.

• Evaluate the organizational effects of new models, pinpointing gaps in processes, roles, controls, and integrations.

• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and collaborative activities with diverse teams and business units.

• Create comprehensive recommendations and prepare executive-level materials to aid leadership in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing or transforming complex operating models and process mapping.

• Demonstrated experience in leading organizational diagnostics, market analysis, and process discovery.

• Practical experience in constructing and evaluating customer journeys.

• Proven history of managing complex initiatives that involve multiple business sectors.

• Experience in the supplementary health industry, particularly with Health Plan Operators, Health Insurers, or within the Unimed ecosystem (preferred).

• Familiarity with Service Blueprint, Design Thinking, and Service Design, as well as tools like Miro and Jira (preferred).

• Background in projects governed by ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) and initiatives concerning portfolio integration, migration, or acquisition (preferred).

• Capacity to swiftly adapt to new environments, explore unfamiliar operations, and organize knowledge based on evidence.

• Proficient in transforming ambiguous situations into clear, actionable strategies.

• Competent in facilitation and engaging stakeholders across various levels.
