Senior Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in designing and enhancing consulting delivery processes in collaboration with internal teams.

• Interact with clients and facilitate decision-making through data-driven insights.

• Accountable for quantifying use case business cases by identifying business goals and measuring benefits and ROI.

• Guide and mentor Forward Deployed Process Consultants.

• Work together to develop product roadmaps and implementation strategies.

• Aid in the creation of training and change management initiatives.

• Offer technical product and operational guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Assess emerging opportunities and propose future use case business cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations or enterprise software environments is preferred.

• Proficient with AI tools and passionate about the integration of technology and operations.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
