Senior Consultant, IT Service Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our clients to enhance the IT portfolio, focusing on IT services, suppliers, and assets to ensure a future-proof use of IT.

• Enhance service delivery, providing measurable benefits for the business while supporting the successful implementation and ongoing development of IT services.

• Assist in IT sourcing projects aimed at optimizing cost, quality, and scalability within the IT organization.

• Optionally, take on subject-matter leadership and provide mentorship to junior consultants during collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree and a minimum of three years of experience in project management and/or consulting within IT service management.

• Strong understanding of common frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL, along with a keen sense of the intersection between IT and business.

• Analytical skills to structure complex situations and clarify relationships, coupled with a high level of self-motivation and a diligent work ethic.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with fluency in German at a business level.
