Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular sessions with operators and builders who will utilize the system, revealing the real-world insights that influence what is constructed and how.

• Develop the interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations that transform a solution concept into functional systems.

• Optimize efficiency using AI and reinvest the time saved into engaging with customers; the time spent on customer interactions is measured and highly valued within this team.

• Create reusable development patterns that enhance impact beyond individual projects.

• Attain comprehensive proficiency in the Airtable platform within 90 days; advanced capabilities in interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations are expected as a baseline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation position, with direct responsibility for the practical functionality of systems, not just their completion.

• AI is an integral part of your development process, utilized throughout every stage of delivery: designing, building, testing, and documenting.

• Strong technical expertise: you have developed intricate systems involving forms, automations, integrations, and data models, with an understanding of the trade-offs at each level.

• You are capable of communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including C-level executives, technical stakeholders, and business subject matter experts whose daily tasks are evolving.

• You are accountable for outcomes, rather than merely the act of delivering.

• You have previously mastered a complex platform swiftly and can replicate that success within 90 days.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive results and ensure alignment across functions.
