This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee comprehensive Oracle Cloud PLM and F4PLM implementations from initial discovery to go-live and subsequent hypercare phases.

• Establish strong relationships with executive stakeholders and facilitate steering committee meetings.

• Take responsibility for solution design, project delivery, scope management, quality assurance, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

• Lead presales initiatives, which include conducting demonstrations, discovery workshops, estimates, and crafting solution proposals.

• Advise clients on Oracle Cloud PLM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Redwood UI, integrations, and strategies for data migration.

• Mentor senior consultants, set best practices for delivery, and play a role in the ongoing development of our consulting practice.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance client value with additional Oracle Cloud solutions and services.

• A minimum of 8 years of IT consulting experience with a focus on complex enterprise implementations.

• Extensive background in delivering Oracle Cloud PLM and/or F4PLM solutions through several full lifecycle implementations.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP integrations, and enterprise solution architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and lead strategic discussions with clients.

• Experience in mentoring consulting teams and fostering delivery excellence.

• In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including aspects of product development, quality assurance, compliance, and traceability.
