Business and Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to assess and enhance business processes.

• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and adhere to ServiceNow best practices.

• Gather and document business requirements effectively.

• Provide guidance on solution strategies and assist in delivery cycles.

• Organize and lead client workshops to outline current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across all levels.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to guarantee on-time delivery within budget constraints.

• Create pertinent documentation for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Ensure that user stories include clear acceptance criteria for development and testing phases.

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to address challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT and ServiceNow business process analysis and optimization.

• A BA/BS Degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related business field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business process optimization.

• Proficient in process modeling, requirements analysis, and functional documentation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong facilitation and presentation skills.

• Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with platform best practices.

• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and solution design principles.
