Senior Privacy Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance detailed privacy protocols and controls.

• Keep up-to-date with privacy legislation and regulations to guarantee compliance within the organization.

• Assess and oversee privacy risks linked to third-party vendors.

• Administer processes related to data subject rights — including DSARs, deletion requests, and opt-outs.

• Design training materials, documentation, and awareness initiatives that make privacy accessible for non-experts throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of privacy laws and regulations.

• Proven experience in establishing or significantly enhancing privacy frameworks (such as data inventories, PIA frameworks, and vendor assessment processes).

• Strong instincts in project management.

• Ability to communicate clearly and directly.

• Composed and adaptable in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.
