Senior Principal Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guam.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical representative and subject matter expert (SME) by conducting on-site evaluations and providing responses to Requests for Information.

• Analyze and provide feedback on various MILCON C4/IT infrastructure technical planning and design documents.

• Convert operational requirements and manage conflicts effectively.

• Work in collaboration with the Project Requirements Team Lead, Project Liaisons, and stakeholders to evaluate and address Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Change (RFCs).

• Review MILCON planning documents and engage in design reviews, technical and programmatic meetings, and workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with fourteen (14) years or more of experience; a Master's degree with twelve (12) years or more of experience; or a PhD or JD with nine (9) years or more of experience.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• An Active Secret clearance is required to begin this position.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the planning, design, installation, and integration of electronic systems into MILCONs.

• At least five (5) years of experience in the integration and installation of information systems, electronic security systems, communication systems, configuration management, and control systems.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with DOD design or installation projects.

• The ability to exercise independent judgment while managing multiple, diverse projects simultaneously is essential for this position.
