This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee all stages of various internal corporate projects from initiation to completion.

• Deliver project management and schedule formulation to guarantee the successful execution of tasks, milestones, and final outcomes.

• Assist in the creation of project plans to ensure alignment with overall goals and the delivery of business value.

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, development groups, and application end users.

• Track, assess, and report on project performance and resource availability.

• Prepare and present updates to stakeholders and executive leadership regarding status, risks, and recommendations.

• Evaluate and enhance tasking to sustain efficient project workflows.

• Actively address issues and promote timely project advancement.

• Offer insights and support in business management.

• Contribute to Northrop Grumman's digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with various business management functions at the corporate office and CIDO.

• Report directly to the Corporate Director of Business Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in business management, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience in business management.

• Proven experience in leading schedule development and achieving critical requirements.

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with integrated master schedules, MS Project, and TRIO.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams towards a shared goal.

• Knowledge and experience in finance, financial applications, and tool development.

• Familiarity with SAP S4.

• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, including direct engagement with senior leadership.

• Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Proactive in identifying issues and conducting root-cause analysis.

• Ability to effectively communicate potential obstacles to initiatives.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence decision-making at all organizational levels.

• Strong strategic thinking and consultative abilities in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• U.S. Citizenship is required for positions that necessitate government clearance and certain other restricted roles.
