This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead collaboration between business sectors and the aligned enterprise technology team to ensure synchronization with evolving work methods and tech/AI-driven automation and agentic solutions.
• Partner with functional leaders and the enterprise tech team on the strategic roadmap, assessing impact/benefits, adoption, and enablement.
• Navigate intricate cross-functional dependencies to maintain momentum—ensuring accountability among engineering, enterprise applications, and business teams for achieving milestones and delivering measurable ROI on agentic initiatives.
• Portfolio Governance & Roadmap Orchestration: Set standards for project intake, prioritization, and status reporting for Finance, HRIS, and Legal infrastructure. Oversee the "Golden Path" of initiatives that enhance the workflow journey.
• AI Program Lifecycle: Manage the systematic deployment of AI-driven capabilities (e.g., automated legal reviews, automated financial workflows). Oversee the transition from pilot to production and assess measurable business impact.
• Dependency & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage critical path dependencies among Finance, HRIS, and Legal systems and backend financial/contracting systems. Mediate resource conflicts across matrixed engineering and design teams.
• Executive Steering & Communication: Lead high-level steering committees (SVP/C-Suite) to deliver data-driven insights into portfolio health, budget variances, and risk-adjusted delivery timelines.
• 15+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Demonstrated success in managing portfolios exceeding $20M within a global enterprise SaaS setting.
• Matrixed Leadership: Extensive experience collaborating across Enterprise Application Engineering and Finance/Legal teams to provide cohesive business solutions.
• Methodology Mastery: High-level proficiency in PMP/PgMP frameworks, with a focus on Risk Management, Resource Leveling, and Value Realization.
• Domain Experience: Essential experience within HRIS and Legal environments.
• Location: Candidates may reside in any US time zone (restricted to the US, but strong candidates from Latin America are welcome).
