Senior Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of product strategies across essential Work-to-Cash functionalities and associated platform services.

• Direct large-scale, cross-departmental projects that involve various product lines and teams.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams to synchronize priorities and achieve strategic objectives.

• Discover opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, automation, analytics, and customer experience throughout the W2C lifecycle.

• Shape the roadmap direction across platform and application teams to guarantee scalable and cohesive solutions.

• Convert customer, market, and operational insights into actionable product strategies and implementation plans.

• Foster alignment and decision-making among senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.

• Enhance product management practices through mentorship, thought leadership, and operational excellence.

• Engage in Product Leadership discussions pertaining to portfolio strategies, investment priorities, and organizational alignment.

• Effectively convey product vision, strategy, and roadmap direction to executive stakeholders, customers, partners, and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of managing large, ambiguous product domains or spearheading complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience with platforms, data systems, APIs, integrations, or workflow-intensive enterprise applications.

• Successful track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams without direct authority.

• Strong experience in executing strategic initiatives on a large scale.

• Familiarity with Work-to-Cash, billing, payments, financial systems, or legal financial workflows.

• Knowledge of legal tech and e-billing ecosystems is highly advantageous.

• Experience in platform product management, including shared services, data platforms, AI/ML capabilities, or integration frameworks.
