Senior Principal Procurement Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and enhance the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform.

• Oversee daily operational and maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate with procurement leaders and the user community on enterprise-wide business needs.

• Convert intricate business requirements into sustainable system configurations.

• Serve as the main liaison between procurement business users and the technical landscape.

• Ensure the system aligns with procurement strategies, compliance mandates, and operational efficiency objectives.

• Partner with external stakeholders to facilitate and manage new application features.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Source-to-Pay processes.

• Lead or assist in Ivalua implementation and significant version upgrade initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with 8 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent experience.

• Current Ivalua Functional Certification (Mandatory).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement system administration, specifically with the Ivalua platform.

• Proven experience managing the complete lifecycle of Source-to-Pay processes.

• Experience leading at least one comprehensive Ivalua implementation or major version upgrade.

• Expert-level proficiency in Ivalua functional configuration tools.

• Strong understanding of procurement business processes, including Supplier Management, Sourcing/RFx, and Invoice Portal.

• Familiarity with integration points between Ivalua and ERP systems such as CostPoint or Oracle.

• Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting engines.

• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
