Senior Principal, Learning Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive pursuit and sales processes for large, intricate learning transformation projects.

• Develop solution blueprints, proposals, and client narratives that establish Infosys as a reliable partner in learning transformation.

• Foster relationships with Learning and Talent client stakeholders and business leaders to uncover opportunities for learning innovation and managed growth.

• Collaborate with teams across Infosys Consulting, Infosys Ltd, and BPM to incorporate learning into wider technology, HR, and business transformation initiatives.

• Enhance market visibility through thought leadership, go-to-market materials, and campaigns.

• Supervise the design and execution of complex learning programs, ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and measurable impact.

• Serve as the executive sponsor and escalation contact for delivery teams, guaranteeing client satisfaction and program success.

• Lead globally distributed teams, efficiently utilizing offshore delivery and vendor partnerships.

• Promote governance, risk management, and continuous enhancement across delivery portfolios.

• Manage and oversee design and development capabilities while operating at scale production, ensuring talent is pushing boundaries and remains relevant and competitive regarding design and development standards.

• Provide a forward-looking viewpoint on learning and skills transformation—incorporating AI in learning, data-driven skills intelligence, and the transition to Learning-as-a-Service.


⛳️ Requirements

• We seek consultants with expertise in one or more of these three areas: Learning Managed Services, Upskilling & Reskilling Strategy, and Learning Systems Integration (SI).

• 10–15+ years of experience in Learning, Talent, or Workforce Transformation, preferably in consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation settings.

• Proven track record of selling and leading multi-million-dollar learning transformation initiatives from strategy to delivery.

• In-depth understanding of contemporary learning ecosystems, digital learning platforms, and global content supply chains.

• Proven experience in leading large, cross-functional, and global teams within matrixed and multi-vendor environments.

• Strong executive presence and influencing abilities, capable of engaging credibly with C-suite stakeholders and shaping strategic discussions.

• High commercial awareness with the capability to translate business strategy and transformation objectives into measurable learning results.

• Strong personal impact, resilience, and gravitas, with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders in support of major changes and critical decisions.

• Pragmatic and solution-focused—capable of addressing complex challenges and delivering insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality and excellence in all deliverables.

• Proficient in facilitating collaboration and inspiring teams to achieve high performance and shared success.

• Adept at identifying and managing risks and issues during client engagements to ensure successful outcomes.

• Confident in operating both independently and collaboratively within fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Strong prioritization and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional services context.

• Possess a broad business skill set that includes stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).
