This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Cultivate new business relationships within established accounts while maintaining your client network through business development calls, client meetings, networking, and entertainment events.
• Utilize a relationship-oriented sales strategy to create and uphold a thriving portfolio of business.
• Nurture long-term client relationships through continuous engagement.
• Expand contractor headcount in the assigned market and proactively act on leads received.
• Develop foundational recruitment skills, knowledge, and take ownership of personal development.

• 3-6+ years of experience in a staffing sales-related position.
• Goal-oriented, resilient, genuine, and trustworthy.

• Strong communicator; capable of overcoming challenges and a collaborative team player.
• Commitment to personal development and professional advancement.
• Base salary of $75,000
