• Create smooth integrations between Twilio Agent Connect (TAC) and leading AI platforms from hyperscalers.

• Exhibit a comprehensive and practical grasp of contemporary software development methodologies.

• Serve as a technical point of contact with Partner Teams to guarantee the flawless operation of Twilio's APIs within their environments.

• Share Twilio's technical roadmap and strategic vision with customers.

• Collaborate with the Specialist team to gather both technical and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of engineering experience.

• More than 8 years in enterprise technology strategy, technical product management, cloud engineering, or executive consulting positions.

• Profound architectural knowledge of major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Practical experience with conversational AI and chatbots.

• Outstanding communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly.

• Capability to design and implement long-term solution architectures.

• Demonstrated ability to champion customer-focused engineering practices.
